Habitat Del Rio is located in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. It is a masterplanned affordable community serving as a pilot project to introduce New Urbanism planning concepts, protective covenants, and Homeowners Association training programs to assist residents in developing a sense of community and preserve long term property values.
