Habitat Del Rio

Habitat Del Rio is located in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. It is a masterplanned affordable community serving as a pilot project to introduce New Urbanism planning concepts, protective covenants, and Homeowners Association training programs to assist residents in developing a sense of community and preserve long term property values. The project features a central plaza, parks, and pedestrian friendly streets. CBI remains committed to developing viable models for affordable housing in developing countries.
