Providence Medical Resorts, John (Jae) A. Edwards
Jae is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur who has spent most of his professional career in the real estate brokerage and development arenas, and also has a passion for sales and business development. He is currently a Principal with Providence Medical Resorts, LLC, a Denver, CO based senior living and healthcare related real estate development company, with a special focus on Transitional Rehabilitation Centers (TRC’s). In this role, John is responsible for site-selection and acquisition activities, raising growth capital, and joint duties in overall corporate operations which include oversight of strategy, execution, project financing, capital deployment, financial and legal.
Jae is also involved in several other non-related real estate developments in the Denver Metro area. John’s core competencies include team building, devising sales and marketing strategies that translate into revenue increases, strategic planning from a corporate operations standpoint, and building relationships through various networking arenas. He has a passion real estate development and for driving revenue and creating shareholder value by utilizing time-tested sales and marketing techniques.
Jae spent the past few years of his professional career with Julien J. Studley, Inc., a global tenant representation firm focusing on the needs of large office space users. During his tenure at Studley, he focused on developing and executing real estate strategies on behalf of his clients that stimulate profitability and align real estate to business goals. Through his focus on comprehensive financial analysis and strategic consulting, John developed economically sound real estate solutions for many national corporations.
Jae graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is married to his wife of 10 years, has a 7 year old daughter and a 3 year old son. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, reading, hiking, skiing, fishing, and traveling. He is also very involved with Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), and Kingdom Building Leadership Ministries (KBLM) as a member of the Golf Committee for both ministries.
