Picacho Mountain Masterplanned Community

Picacho Mountain is a proposed 780 acre masterplanned community in Las Cruces, New Mexico currently under entitlement. The development will feature open areas and miles of walking and jogging paths surrounded by natural terrain as part of CBI's commitment to preserving the area's natural desert landscape. The project is conveniently located next to 2000 acres of natural preserve known as Picacho Peak Preserve and adjacent to Picacho Hills Country Club. A proposed community center located within easy walking distance from anywhere in Picacho Mountain will serve the area residents.

Neighborhood retail convenience can be enjoyed by all residents at the planned Picacho Market Plaza. The market plaza is designed to provide retail convenience as well as a central gathering place to create a welcoming environment. Proposed gated estate home neighborhoods allow for greater privacy for those who desire it, while an established relationship with Picacho Hills Country Club will offer select club packages to residents within Picacho Mountain.
