CBI is participating in the development of resort condominium projects in Baja, Mexico with Meridian Development Group. Projects currently under development are Hussong’s Resort & Marina, and Club Brisamar. CBI’s primary responsibility in these ventures is to provide equity capital and project development oversight.
Meridian Development Group LLC (MDG), with its North American offices in Reno, Nevada is the successor firm to over thirty-five years of real estate development, marketing, and financial business in Latin America. The principal focus of the group’s business for the last twenty-eight years has been in Mexico. Businesses created by the Group have been owned and operated by a consortium of international business associates and partners.
MDG is an international development consortium formed by an experienced and successful development team. This team, comprised of financial, marketing, planning, and construction members, finds and qualifies attractive investments in real estate properties in “soft currency” countries. These are offered as selected investments to client partners while also providing the professional support necessary to properly identify and attain specific financial objectives in each case.
MDG is structured with professional associates in North America, Latin American countries and Spain. Meridian Associates are selected for their extensive hands-on experience in their particular field of expertise within their home countries and their ability to find, develop and manage high worth, high return investments necessary for “hard currency” investments.
