CBI’s flagship product is our master planned communities. We work with world-class architects and land planners to design communities that are environmentally friendly, enhance the natural characteristics of each location and create comfortable, attractive living spaces. We also place a special focus on building communities that are economically and environmentally sustainable.
Our design is adapted in part from the principles espoused by the “New Urbanism” or “Traditional Neighborhood Development” planning model that includes public places, neighborhood retail and commercial space, as well as rental and single-family homes. These goals are accomplished through creative uses of both technology and financing which we have developed through our extensive research and experience.
